All ordered products are shipped USPS and delivered to the shipping address provided by the customers.
Shipping Charges and Timing
All shipping costs are subject to (1) Size of your order (2) Weight of ordered products (3) Delivery methods choose by the customers (4) Location of your delivery.
Customers can select delivery methods of their choice at the time of placing the final order and can know the exact charges they have to pay for delivery. Automatically all shipping costs are displayed upon customers’ selection and added to the final invoice for payment.

We provide free shipping on all products offered by us in all Continental United States (ground only).

Shipping Restricted States & Cities
We are unable to ship any of our Kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County in Florida, San Diego and Oceanside.
We ship products to all US states and Canada and subject to our terms and conditions and shipping charges of shippers outside the US. International customers can choose the shipping method the same way as mentioned above in shipping charges and will be displayed through our automatic system.
Delay in Packages Delivery
We ship all packages through our contracted shippers like FedEx, USPS, and UPS, and it’s beyond our control to provide you accurate shipment information. However, we try to inform customers of any delay as soon as possible through direct calling to important numbers or email.
Delay in packages delivery also occurs due to incorrect addresses or missing information for the exact delivery location. Courier companies call you for address confirmation and result in delay process if late or no response from your side.

Yes, we indeed deliver to business addresses too and it all depends on choice and information provided by the customers.
Changes in Shipping Addresses
Customers can change their shipping addresses at any time before their final order placement, and in case the order has been placed, then the last option is to call us within 1-2 hours of your order placement on our help numbers, or you can email us with your exact shipping address and all details.
