I LOVE the red Kali! It is so relaxing without making me feel excessively sleepy. Being calm helps a lot with my back issues too. I have a prescription for Ambien to help me sleep. I do not want to be on that medication, but I have had some problems with insomnia. Since I starting drinking the red Kali, I have not taken Ambien once.
