I am also new to Kratom. I have gotten such amazing relief with Kratom! I am regaining my life, and I have been doing things I haven’t done in years. I read that you should not use the same Kratom variety every day, so I have decided to try as many varieties as possible. The variety packs make this process more affordable. I ordered 10 varieties the first time, and I received 6 more yesterday. I like the powder because I can control the dosage. I use the toss and wash method to take it. I am slowly trying each variety and documenting how it affects me. I use 1/8 tsp., which I figure is 437 mg. If that doesn’t provide complete relief in an hour or so, I will take another 1/8 tsp. Now that I know how certain varieties affect me and how long they last, I have been mixing them. This works great and I have gotten some amazing relief that some red varieties alone can’t provide. Sometimes I use two different red varieties, and sometimes I use red and green. I take 1/8 tsp. of each, for a total of 1/4 tsp.
