I needed something that would help with my back without making me overly sedated. At 1 and 2 tsp, I was impressed at it’s boosting abilities. To get the relief I was looking for, I needed to take 2 tbsp and even then it was still not overly sedating. I think this will be my go-to morning Kratom.
